In the Russian region of Irkutsk, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 was recorded in the vicinity of Lake Baikal. The epicenter was located in the waters of the lake, 36 kilometers from the village. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the area, the infrastructure in the region is functioning in a standard mode, and there are no damages or casualties reported.
